Walk For Hope is a
family-friendly fundraiser raising money and awareness
for Mutual Ground. All those participating are making a
statement of support for victims of domestic violence
and sexual assault.
It's easy to participate in Walk for Hope.
To get started, register. Registration
is necessary for all participants and there is no fee
for those who raise at least $100. Otherwise, fees are
$20 for adults and teens, and $12 for kids 4-10. All
those registered by October 8th will receive a t-shirt.
Next, form a Team. Walk for Hope
participants are encouraged to form teams of co-workers,
club members, organizations, families, neighbors, youth
groups, schools, etc. Team members may register and
fundraise in-person, by mail, or online.
Participants who register on-line find it easy to use
the link to our
Firstgiving Website. This is a
secure site where team members create their own webpage
and ask for sponsors via email.
Those who prefer not to register online may download the
Registration/Waiver Form and send
it to Mutual Ground. An envelope to collect donations in
will be sent to you. |
